Meet Renee
Renee is a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 18 years of experience helping people make meaningful changes through behavior modification and integrative wellness practices. With more than 20 years working in both healthcare and fitness, she understands the powerful connection between the body and mind in achieving lasting well-being.
She’s also an ISSA Certified Fitness Trainer, Certified Nutritionist, Certified Health Care Life Coach, and holds an MBA in Finance.
Renee’s personal journey has deepened her understanding of how physical health and mental wellness go hand in hand—not only in managing her own lifelong challenges with weight, but also in finding balance, happiness, and confidence in life.
Outside of her work, Renee loves spending time outdoors—trail running, hiking, and rock climbing—and hitting the gym to keep building strength for the things she enjoys most.
